Title: Junior Telesales Operations
Location: East London /Onsite
Type: Full Time – Permanent
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 a year – Full Time
Our client is looking for junior telesales operations as they are expanding their operations and currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in sales and operations within a dynamic and growing organisation.
You will represent multiple supplier ranges, selling into:
Workshops, Garages, Commercial specialist workshops, Agricultural plants, Motorcycle and Car/Automotive customers.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in order to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
· Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs, providing product information, and highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify up sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
· Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
· Provide feedback to the team regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
· Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to drive sales and close deals.
· Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
· Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
· A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
· Resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
· Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
